workshop facilitation
Through coaching and workshops, I guide individuals and groups through the step forward process — a repeatable cycle of stepping out of the familiar boat to hear God’s voice, explore an inspired idea or task, walk in faith, and trust God through life’s inevitable storms:
- stand up [God speaks to me]
- step out [I am ready to follow God]
- start walking [I walk in faith]
- storm [I trust God’s plan]
Workshops are designed for retreats, ministry groups, leadership gatherings, and special events and can be customized for your audience and time frame.

step forward workshop
This hands-on group coaching experience will help you understand God is speaking, step out in faith, walk “the road less traveled” and see crisis as an opportunity to retreat and seek God’s new direction. The workshop is flexible and can be presented online or in-person. The duration can be a one-day experience, weekly for 4 sessions or bi-weekly.
Each 1-hour session gives participants an opportunity to answer questions for themselves around the main topic (e.g., God speaks to me), and engage with fellow attendees through live polls and breakout sessions. Attendees can use the accompanying worksheet for each session that contains key points and coaching questions.
